Return Policy

  • All of our products have been inspected and evaluated by our Quality Control Team before shipping.

  • Received goods must be inspected upon delivery.

  • Damaged goods and wrong variants must be reported with proper documentation within seven (7) days of receipt.

  • Reported damaged goods must be returned within 7 days upon report. Once returned, our QC/QA Team will inspect the goods based on our standard checking of our products.

  • Replacement or refund will only be approved depending on the results of our QC/QA Team's inspection.

  • Any request for replacement or refund beyond the stated period above will no longer be considered or accommodated.

  • To be eligible for refund or replacement, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should be in the original packaging.
