Shipping Policy

 

 

Shipment Processing Time

Our current lead time is 1-2 weeks upon payment verification. We will send you a text message once your order is scheduled for delivery.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, SMS, messaging services, telephone, or mobile.

 

Shipping Rates

A flat rate of P120 for orders below the minimum order for free delivery.

Due to the Enhanced Community Quarantine, we have temporarily stopped order processing and deliveries for provincial addresses. We'll post an announcement once we're ready to resume deliveries. 

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your order number(s). You may use your order number if you have any inquiries, clarifications, or further instructions.

 

Duties and Taxes

All prices on the website are (12%) VAT Inclusive.

 

Damages

Liability for product damage that occurs during the delivery can be claimed with our nominated logistics and delivery provider.

 

Please take a picture, keep your order number, and save all packaging and damaged goods as we assist you in filing a claim with the logistics and delivery provider.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the greater Metro Manila area, and outside the Philippines as well. For inquiries, you may contact us.
