Shipment Processing Time

a. We are continuously fulfilling orders now that the ECQ has been lifted. We are doing our best to have your items delivered in 3 to 5 business days for Metro Manila, and 7-10 businness days for Provincial addresses upon verification of payment. Don’t worry! We will send you a text message once your order is scheduled for delivery.

b. We appreciate your patience should your item be delayed due to high volume of orders. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We’ll make sure to contact you via email, SMS, messaging services, telephone, or mobile to keep you updated in case.

 

Shipping Rates

a. A flat rate of P59 is charged for orders within Metro Manila.
b. A base rate of P100 (Max of 3KG) for nearby provinces (Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan)
c. A base rate of P150 (Max of 3KG) for Provincial provinces 

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

a. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Should you have any inquiries, clarifications, or further instructions, kindly send us the order number on your email and we’d be happy to help.

 

Duties and Taxes

a. All listed prices on the Official Kurin Website are inclusive of 12% VAT.

 

Damages

a. Liability for product damages occured in delivery may be claimed with our nominated logistics provider.

b. In the unlikely event of damages, kindly provide us your order number, and photos of your product and packaging. 

c. You may see our return and refund policy for defective items.
